We have partnered closely with a wholesaler company in the Greater Boston Area seeking to a payroll administrator to their team! This position will report directly to the Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and the ideal candidate has prior payroll experience but is always looking to advance their career.
Responsibilities:
- Own multi-state payroll using ADP WFN
- Responsible for the payroll and benefits onboarding processes
- Review payroll tax reporting
- 401k
- Manage payroll-related systems and processes to ensure financial, government, and legal compliance.
- Communicate payroll policies and procedures to employees
- Ensure adherence to company policy and multi-state and federal regulations and laws
- Benefit administrations
- Reconcile and pay insurance invoices
- Ad hoc payroll projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur Expense Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel and Word.
- 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Degree in accounting or finance
- Experience in HR is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
