The Manager of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for directing the Rehabilitation Department including the coordination and supervision of operation, quality improvement activities, maintaining competency of personnel, formulating budget, evaluating department performance verses budget and taking appropriate action to remain in budget guidelines, developing and implementing a system of reviewing department charges, ensuring that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis, maintaining efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols.
