As the Franchise Assistant Manager at our clinic, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team of dedicated wellness professionals, all committed to delivering an exceptional client experience every single day.   • An Inspired Team Builder: You know how to set clear expectations and lead by example. You’re passionate about providing ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship, helping your team grow both professionally and personally

Qualified Candidates:

  • Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required
  • Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team
  • Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner
  • Can create a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Lead: Rally a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and customer care professionals to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.
  • Client Experience: Ensure a seamless experience from appointment booking to service completion, handling any issues with grace and efficiency.
  • Team Development: Mentor, guide, and support your staff, ensuring they are motivated and set up for success in their roles.
  • Clinic Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the clinic, including scheduling, financial tasks, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
  • Sales & Performance Goals: Drive membership sales and retail promotions, working with the franchise owner to set and achieve performance targets.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and connected to our mission of self-care.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc.
  • Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance
  • Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly
  • Develop positive relationships and build confidence with employees, members, and guests

Compensation:

We reward hard work with a healthy compensation plan, including:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on personal, clinic and staff performance, which are determined by strategic key performance indicators.
  • Healthcare benefits: Employer-paid medical program through Appleton Clinic after 90-day period.
  • Vacation & Personal Time Off: Enjoy vacation/personal time off after six months of employment.
  • Retirement Plan: Participate in our 401(k)-retirement plan with a 3% matching employer contribution after 90 days of employment.
