We are seeking Customer service associates to work part time as our Front Desk Representative for days, evenings and weekends work schedules. Customer Service Associate/Front Desk Representative will also be responsible for all clerical duties at the front desk of our customer lobby area.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. The preferred candidate will need to demonstrate the the ability to provide information to interested Customers about Stretch Smart, as well as a highly customer-oriented approach dealing with complaints as they may arise.You will be the first person a Customer meets and speaks with when they arrive at our Stretch Smart and set the first impression with our Customers.

Your goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business.

Our gentle infrared heat, emitted from our state of the art infrared stretch table warms the body from the inside out, prepping the body for a deep, effective, and life-changing stretch. Each session begins with a focus on connective tissue and ends with custom treatment. No matter what fitness level, lifestyle, or goals our customers have, they will experience an increase in range of motion, improved circulation, cell regeneration and fewer injuries.

Responsibilities Include: Greeting Customers at front lobby, Answering phone calls Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments, Greeting members and guests upon arrival Confirming Appointments Keeping Studio Appointments On Time Managing Customer Questions/Concerns.

Requirements: Experience using office equipment Exceptional communication and customer service skills Computer skills - word, excel, and outlook Must have evening and weekend availability Sales Experience a definite plus
