- Ensure compliance with state and federal alcohol regulations.

- Manage organization's Certificates of Label Approval filing and tracking system (COLA's).
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory topics as needed.
- Review contracts for compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate and participate in compliance training programs for employees.
- Assist with corporate governance processes, such as board meetings and annual reports.
- Provide support in responding to external audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.

- Maintain and organize legal files and databases.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a legal or compliance role.
- Strong understanding of state and federal alcohol regulations.
