Your Role:
- Install and Support: Travel to customers' homes to install and service smart home devices, home theater equipment, and appliances.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers can immediately use and enjoy their new technology.
- Problem-Solving: Work indoors and outdoors, overcoming various challenges to ensure flawless installations.
Requirements:
- Physical Ability: Comfortably climb ladders (28-36 feet) and lift 60-80 pounds.
- Flexibility: Adapt to various environmental conditions and work weekends or evenings as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License: Essential for operating our company van.
- Willingness to Travel: Attend training in Akron, OH (hotel and expenses provided if applicable).
