- Manage and supervise a team of scoopers, cashiers, and other restaurant staff

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Previous experience preferred but not required, in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food service procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
