combination of equipment. May also perform various routine procedures in the maintenance and repair of the facility.
This includes but is not limited to building, grounds, lighting, plumbing, etc.

This includes but is not limited to building, grounds, lighting, plumbing, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs entry to mid-level planned maintenance as directed.
- Follows and complies with all safety standards including Lock Out, electrical Arc Flash, Fall Protection, etc.
- Completes job assignments such as preventive maintenance schedule, TPM events, and general maintenance work orders.
- Drive improvements to equipment and implement solutions.
- Works from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents.
- Performs various tasks requiring hot work. (welding / cutting)
- Performs basic mechanical or electrical (or combination of both) repairs to equipment though detection of defective electrical or mechanical parts.
- Performs lubrication on assigned equipment per PM schedule.
- Maintains facility by performing any one of the following technical disciplines: electrical, mechanical, and carpentry.
- Operate basic maintenance shop equipment such as belt sander, pedestal grinder, band saw, and welder.
- Provides support and back up for other members of department as needed by leadership.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- 2nd shift hours are approximately 3:30pm – 2:00am Monday – Thursday and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to use trade math with drawings & use precision measuring instruments.
- Computer skills specific to Maintenance Management Systems.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and some hydraulics.
- Experience with AC, DC, VFD driven motors.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
