Manager, Program Management
Overview
Reporting to the VP, Business Administration, you will assist with enhancing the ONE organizational brand and culture in alignment with our strategic priorities, organizational vision, and company priorities. You will also play a part to ensure that the CTO ONE organization, talent, and capabilities are optimized most effectively.
In this role, you will be heavily engaged with the ONE senior leadership team and will work cross-functionally with a multitude of stakeholders in and outside of the CTO ONE organization.
Role
Contribute to a wide range of projects that span across multiple areas within the ONE organization to driving employee engagement, culture transformation, and organizational enhancements.
Assist with building ONE brand awareness with a focus on technology and innovation through storytelling and additional internal marketing channels.
Provide additional support to the Chief Technology Officer and technology leadership team on executive presentations, internal communications, and other executive priorities as needed.
Assist with the facilitation of updates for the CTO ONE strategy.
Assist with developing a continuous learning culture through training and knowledge sharing opportunities.
Adapt to shifting goals and activities while managing multiple activities in parallel.
Build and cultivate strong internal and external relationships within and outside of TeamONE.
Seek feedback from internal customers for continuous improvement.
