POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Floorcare Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet while meeting quality and timeliness standards. A Floorcare Technician must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values always.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 18 months of full-time work experience directly related to the role.
- Prefer experience with stripping/waxing floors.
- Carpet cleaning experience.
- Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work - mentor (trainer) approval before working alone.
- Must be well versed on chemicals and their use.

- Rarely – on average 5% of travel on a quarterly basis
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in both a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers faxes, and filing cabinets. This position will also work in an operations environment with odors and/or dust as well as cleaning and laundry chemicals.

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage closets.

- Personal timeliness. Be prompt with all assignments and appointments.
