Màstra Italian Bakery Bistro is the only authentic Italian restaurant/bakery in Utah where products are made daily from scratch using original recipes and local fresh ingredients.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -Mixing, folding shaping dough -Making breads such as focaccia, grissini, pan di spagna, -Making deserts such as titamisu', baci di dama, panna cotta -Baking breads -Keeping track food inventory -Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. -Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
AS NEEDED -Washing machineries -Keep food prep area clean and efficient during business hours
WORK HOURS AND BENEFITS -Mon/Sat according to availability. -Shift 4:00 a.m.. to 12:00 p.m. * 5% discount on personal or relatives purchases * Friendly environment * Sundays off
QUALIFICATION SKILLS: -Enjoying quality food -Precision -Managing skills and multi-tasking -Self-motivated with a high energy level -Good communication -Great team work skills
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Current food handler’s permit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
