Recruitment Coordinator

Material Bank is currently on the hunt for a dynamic and adaptable Recruitment Coordinator to champion & define our recruitment and onboarding process.

At Material Bank, we recognize that our most important asset is our people. As our Recruiting Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment through the entire candidate lifecycle. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can assure that each candidate is receiving white glove service from the moment they apply to when they start as a team member in our organization. This includes someone who has a good sense of time management, someone who is solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This critical role will be one of that will require someone to work strategically within the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functionally with all other departments in the organization. Partnering with hiring managers to build a strategy for their respective department's hiring needs, the Recruitment Coordinator will also work extremely closely with our candidates - creating a world-class Talent Acquisition and overall hiring process!

Because this is an in-office/hybrid position, our first Recruitment Coordinator must be located in or near the Boca Raton Area.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and support all aspects of the candidate lifecycle process from initial outreach to onboarding tasks.
• Empowered to ensure ATS is up to date and perform data entry tasks as needed.
• Provide administrative support to both hiring manager and the talent acquisition team with focus on "Moving the process forward."
• Identify and present opportunities by leveraging recruiting data, external market data, and candidate feedback.
• Maintain high-level knowledge of all open job requisitions managed by the TA team.
• Follow up with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process by scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, sending out offer letters, and other tasks as needed.
• Participate as a member of recruiting team to provide assistance to other members of the team on recruiting/onboarding projects as needed.

What you'll bring:

• 2 years' experience in the Recruitment or HR space or administrative/ transferrable experience.
• Excellent time management & organization skills.
• You are self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to speak to everyone! Whether it's a candidate that needs to schedule an interview or getting information from one of our senior leaders, you are comfortable picking up the phone and having a in-depth conversation on hiring needs and/or feedback.

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
