What you will do
- Join an agile development team responsible for converting its backlog into deployable features
- Maintain the CO-AM AngularJS application
- Migrate pages from the CO-AM AngularJS application to a cutting-edge React-based framework
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of these features
- Contribute to the reduction of bugs and technical debt
- Utilize the latest tools and technologies to deliver a world-class product
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to design and develop new features as the CO-AM platform expands and matures
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills
- Continually learn to keep skills up to date with fast-changing trends
- At least 3 years of expertise in front-end development with a clear passion for front-end technologies is required
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript features and syntax as well as Typescript
- Expertise with the AngularJS library is strongly preferred, however, familiarity with the Angular 2 framework should suffice
- React.js: Deep understanding of React fundamentals (components, state, props, lifecycle methods), experience with hooks
- Proficiency with Redux for state management and Next.js
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library
- Performance optimization (techniques for optimizing React applications)
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Cloud services (experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP)
