What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrative Assistant position at Mathews CCAC?

The Office Administrator position is responsible for performing all administrative support related to the operation and direct General Manager support. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

What you will do:

  • Vendor and facility Management Support 
  • Enter and track purchase orders and invoices.
  • Cash Management and daily bank reconciliation 
  • Provide onsite basic IT assistance.
  • Assist with weekly payroll.
  • Be a liaison with vendors and the facility. 
  • Perform a variety of administrative related tasks in support of operations and all department leaders.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date communication boards.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
