Job Description
The base salary for this position is $45.00 hourly.
Priority is to handle technical inputting for Alice property management system. To include common knowledge of hotel equipment, reading & understanding architectural plans, locating resources to input O&M information for equipment, completed development of PM program in Alice & contracting monthly services. Follow-up implementation of execution & completion of Alice tickets for engineering. This scope will consist of a minimum of 24 up to 30 hours weekly. This position will also require administrative work assistance during this duration of time. To consist of inputting quotes, invoices, ordering supply & materials as well communication between hotel & vendors/ sub-contractor. This scope will consist of a minimum of 10 up to 12 hours weekly. Proposed time frame support time would be a minimum of 3 months.
- Technical support of Alice PM & BMS inputting, developing & execution system.
- Administrative assistance & support.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of the others.
- Proficient in computer skills & programming.
- Understanding & ability to read architectural plans.
- Proficient & ability to use Google docs & like systems (Google sheets).
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to follow instructions and direction by the supervisor.
- Ability to project self in a professional manner.
- Must be fast moving, energetic and enjoy being on his/her feet all day.
- Must be outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive mental attitude.
- Able to think, speak and give instructions in a clear and concise fashion without confusion.
- Able to lift more than 25 lbs.
- Able to climb ladders over 24’.
- Being able to walk for a period of time.
- Flexible work hours.
Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions. High School Diploma preferred.
