Position Purpose: Maintenance Team lead is responsible for day to day operations of facility equipment. Kitting of planed work. To complete prevenitive and corrective maintenance. Support WWT and Powerhouse equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Additional technical responsibilities as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in multi craft fields and several years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Ability to provide rapid response to emergency breakdowns on facility equipment.
- Perform quick analysis and repair both mechanical issues on equipment.
- Work from mechanical drawings, sketches, manuals, specifications, written or oral instructions.
- Experience with WWT, Powerhouse equipment. Pumps, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers, HVAC certification.
- Strong industrial mechanical, plumbing and pneumatic trouble shooting skills.
- Strong leadership ability with time management and prioritization skills.
- Provide support for emergency or unplanned repairs of facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic to complex mechanical issues
- Must show ability to get to the root cause and make and implement recommendations to improve reliability.
- Actively participates in team meetings.
Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass Maintenance based aptitude testing.
- Associates degree in Mechatronics / IMT, IET or 5 years of work experience.
- Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by their Supervisor or Maintenance Manager

- Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4 -12 hours.

- Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
