THE OPPORTUNITY
The Lead Developer, People Technology is a key individual contributor role serving as the technical SME and primary point of contact representing the Global People Systems technology landscape (Workday, Workforce Dimensions, Taleo). This role will be responsible for overseeing tenant management, creating, and maintaining integrations, new features, BIRT and complex reports. This role has expertise with a variety of integration types including but not limited to Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and Core Connectors, as well as WD Extend. Will look to this position to provide mentorship and guidance to development and functional team members and oversee technical AMS vendors and resources.
This is a Technical Lead role and will build trusted relationships and partner closely with the CEOs, internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to gather requirements, design, build, test and deploy people technology solutions. The position ensures data integrity and security of the data through audits and report writing. The position performs system performance and health checks and ensures data integrity and security of the data through audits and report writing. This role will partner and follow IT compliance, change control advisory board, and support Sox/Audit. Will be responsible for supporting the WD release activities and responsible for triage, issue resolution, RCAs, case management and Production application support.
