Maven Realty is expanding, and we are seeking self-driven and capable professionals to join our real estate sales team. Whether it’s renting or selling a home, each member of the Maven Realty Team is an experienced Real Estate professional who applies their expert skills at each step of the process to help each client experience 100% satisfaction. We are looking to hire someone with the following skillset.
Requirements:
· Must have a valid Real Estate License
· Show good organizational and time management skills
· Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
· Great communication and social skills
· Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
· A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Responsibilities:
· Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
· Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads to ensure sales growth
· Use your local knowledge to answer questions inquirers may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
