Job Summary:
As we continue expanding and growing our initiative to launch accessible COVID-19 collection sites across the United States, we are seeking well-presented and innovative candidates to operate drive through testing sites.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Uphold Maverick Health signature COVID-19 testing experience
- Communicate between corporate and field staff on day to day operations
- Oversee all testing sites within a specified region
- Organize and manage staffing for testing sites
- Adhere best practices for gathering specimens to test for COVID-19 using basic knowledge about test kit instructions.
- Enter all necessary data into online testing portal
- Understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and company policies
- Maintain all HIPAA standards
- Manage locations identified by the company; to perform rapid COVID-19 testing and collect related specimens for Rapid and PCR COVID-19 testing.
- Perform other related duties as necessary
Expectations
Morning Tasks:
- Check in every morning with your regional managers to ensure all sites have appropriate staffing and equipment.
- Work with your managers to make appropriate staffing moves or equipment reallocation.
- Report any staffing or equipment issues that may cause a site to delay opening or not to open.
- Report any weather issues in the local area that could cause delays to the site.
During the day:
- Make pop in visits to your sites to ensure that the sites are running as they should. Make any corrections immediately.
- Review the testing process as the site performs the test to ensure they are following all the correct testing measures.
- Audit the site's inventory with the Drive Thru Site Inventory Sheet.
- Help coach the teams on processes, flow, testing, and sample collections to ensure the sites are following all procedures.
- Relay all new information to the site that has changed since your last visit.
End of Day tasks:
- Confirm all of your sites clock in times and locations to ensure accuracy. Report any location or unusual activity.
- Check with all of your Regional Managers on the sites they plan to visit the next day so that you can plan your schedule for the next day.
- Make sure to make any staffing changes for the following day based on the time off request to ensure proper coverage of all sites.
Weekly task:
- Hold weekly conference call with your regional managers and site lead for your area to help keep continuity across all sites.
- Join the weekly Regional Director/Regional Manager state call.
- Join the weekly MS call.
Requirements
- Strong and positive communication skills
- Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
- High School Diploma or Degree in related field (equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree)
Experience
- Leadership Experience (including Military Leadership Experience) preferred
- Health care experience (2 years preferred)
