Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
Input to Operating System: Apps, Binders, Certificates, Finance Agreements - accuracy is crucial.
Processing: Policies, Changes-Endorsements, Invoicing, Quoting, Cancellations, Expiration Lists. Monitors workflows so nothing falls between the cracks.
Writes clearly and informatively - Presents numerical data effectively.
