The position of Detail Technician requires strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently within specified time-frames and deadlines. Max Motors strives to create repeat customers and the right employee will prioritize that goal as well. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Strong attention to detail and prioritize customer satisfaction and safety.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Interact with customers and employees with respect and professionalism.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining departmental performance indicators and team metrics.

Qualifications

• Recent Detail experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be able to deliver top notch customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, with little direction.
• Must be a team player with a positive, winning attitude.
