We are seeking an Advanced Excel User to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large sets of data, creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, and developing customized reports.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other data management tools
- Develop and customize reports to meet specific requirements
- Troubleshoot errors and provide solutions to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting
- Use advanced Excel functions, such as macros, pivot tables, and VBA programming, to streamline data management processes
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and address data-related issues
- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Advanced Excel User with a minimum of 3 years of experience; accounting experience a plus
- Proficiency in Excel functions, such as macros, pivot tables, and VBA programming
- Experience in data analysis and data management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills
