What Can We Offer You:

• Competitive hourly base pay plus performance bonuses, earning up to $21.00/hr
• Average representatives can earn up to $21.00/hr and skilled team members earn above $40,000 to $60,000 per year
• Hands-on, paid training to set you up for success on our growing team

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Place outbound marketing calls from strong/warm generated leads from an in-office setting at our HQ in New Orleans
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing customers to achieve productivity objectives 
• Be the liaison between potential customers as a telemarketing representative in our team 

• Perform direct marketing techniques for home remodeling and all of our products 
• Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels; including both outbound and inbound calls 
• Qualify all set appointments to ensure that customers have clear expectations of company procedures, products, and guidelines
• Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients, providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:  

• Experience doing outbound and inbound calls 
• Providing customers an amazing experience over the phone 
• Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail 
• Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality 
• High energy and willingness to learn 
• Must have scheduling availability during the following times (weekends or one weekend day - a must): 
  • Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm
  • Sat- 10am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
  • Sun- 10am to  6pm
