MaxHome is hiring an experienced,dynamic Marketing Manager to join its headquarters in Jefferson, LA. The Marketing Manager is a marketing generalist with broad marketing and communication experience, who assists driving consumer acquisition. In this role, you will work closely and collaborate with Social & Digital Marketing, Face to Face Marketing, Media and Creative agencies, Sales, Sales Center, and other areas to ensure marketing strategies and projects are integrated, comprehensive and aligned across all the functional areas. This position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing.

- Competitive base salary of $58,000 to $70,000/yr commensurate with experience and skills

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute traditional print media including creative and media placement
- Coordinate TV creative, placement, planning and performance tracking
- Collaborate with vendor partners and cross-functional teams to deploy marketing strategies and campaigns that drive demand
- Ensure product positioning, value prop, messaging and creative strategy are consistent through all consumer facing materials
- Tracks performance and regularly monitors metrics to achieve goals
- Collaborate with departments throughout the organization to support collateral creative – i.e., brochures, leave behinds, flyers, sales presentations and etc.
- Responsible for consistent branding across all marketing channels
- Research, recommend and negotiate new demand generation channels
- Track competitive industry and business insights to identify opportunities
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Experience managing and executing marketing strategies
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and adapting messaging appropriately
- Strong conceptual skill
- Ability to write copy
- Design experience preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Experiencing overseeing media buying and negotiations
- Ability to compile and manage data and provide summarization with valid conclusions and recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through
- Self-motivated and ability to recognize the relative value of projects and prioritize accordingly
- Must have a team player attitude and an ability to work well with others
- Required: 3 years marketing management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar
