Job Description

We are seekingskilled Registered Nurses (RN) to work withinour clients’ homes providing direct patient care. Registered Nurses (RN) will instruct patients and their families inproper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve ormaintain health. Registered Nurses (RN) will also collaborate with a physicianto develop and manage nursing care plans. As a Maxim Registered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for following aphysician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director ofClinical Services. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates andhealth educators for patients, families and communities.

Qualifications

• Current,unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Current CPRcertification

• Copy of updated TBresults/ Chest x-ray

• Reliabletransportation
