LPN: $35 / hour - $40 / hour
Maxim HealthcareServices is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one on one with apatient in the school setting M-F, School days from 9/5/23-6/21/24 (M, T, Th, F-7:30 am-2:00pm; W 8:30am-2:00pm)).
Responsibilities
· Provide nursing carefor student(s) with medical needs/Seizure monitoring with rescue medications,G-tube feeding, personal care, non-verbal, wheelchair bound.
Requirements:
· Current LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) practices.
· Current HealthCertificate (per facility).
· Current PPD or ChestX-Ray.
· Current BLS card.
· One year priorLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
