Description & Requirements Maximus is excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Child Support Caseworker to join our Kansas City, Kansas team.

This role is essential to our office's success, focusing on processing legal documents, managing communications, and overseeing a caseload of child support cases.

This is an onsite, full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Provide case management services to an assigned case load of child support cases and apply knowledge of policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations to progress cases through the administrative and legal systems.

• Establish and enforce child support orders. - Conduct research to locate non-custodial parents. - Research and review records to gather information vital to cases.
• Educate customers on the process and their options and respond to customer inquiries. - Verify existing data on an automated child support system.

Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
