We are looking for Direct Care Professionals to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in one of our many residential or day habilitation programs. Now offering sign-on bonus to our new hires. $3,000 for 30 hours, $2,000 for 16-29 hours and $1,000 for 8-15 hours per week.

PLUS - additional wage $2 incentives for every hour you work.
We are seeking compassionate Overnight Direct Support Professionals to work directly with these individuals in our North Shore residential programs in Burlington, West Roxbury, Beverly, Boxford, Revere, Waltham, Gloucester, Peabody, Salem, Saugus and Topsfield MA.

Responsibilities -
In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and independent lives with dignity and respect by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs, etc.)
• Supporting in skill development and mastering
• Participating in community integration
• Aiding in behavioral interventions and medication dispensing (training provided)

Qualifications -

• Previous human services/behavioral experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience
