Mayweather Boxing Fitness, the hot new fitness concept founded by Floyd Mayweather and based on his actual training regiment, is looking to grow its Championship Team. We are currently recruiting candidates for our new location in Washington, DC.

Full Job Description

REQUIREMENTS: The Membership Sales Advisor is primarily responsible for contributing to the following areas:

  • Membership sales (in-person and over the phone)
  • Merchandise sales
  • Local marketing / lead generation
  • Professional customer service

They must possess the following attributes to be successful:

  • Ability to drive member sales at a consistently high level
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Above average computer literacy
  • Desire to service others
  • Professional social skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented

Candidates should have a desire to work in the fitness industry, fitness experience preferred but not mandatory. Sales experience recommended, but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

  • Washington, DC 20003: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Group Fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Phone Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
