Job Posting for Junior Analyst at MBMS Medical Billing and Management Services
We are searching for a Junior Support Analyst to join our team! If you have medical billing experience and are interested in learning more about the internal systems and databases that support processes, this position is the perfect opportunity for you!
With a foundation of medical billing knowledge, the successful candidate will be trained to assist in the set-up and maintenance of MBMS software and databases for assigned clients. This position is assigned to the Client Development Services Team.
Billing Experience not required, but preferred. Interviews to begin immediately.

Building off basic medical billing knowledge, this position will work with the Client Development Services Team to:
- Printing of forms, reports and refunds
- Process all outgoing mail and UPS
- Process all data interfaces, submissions, remits, etc.
- Maintain and monitor existing client databases for optimum performance.
- Support project development and implementation.
- Interact with and support internal staff.
Qualifications and Work Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of medical billing processes
- Minimum one to three years' or related work experience
- Understanding of ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding and insurance codes

In person at our Newark, DE office
Hours:
7-3; 8-4
