MC3 is seeking an experienced Account Development professional to join our high performing account sales team representing MC3’s services to prospects and clients in Life Sciences, (pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies).

We specialize in both live and virtual meetings and are an emerging leader in the virtual event space. We creatively integrate our meeting production expertise, depth of training experience, and best-in-class technology to deliver highly interactive sales, launch and training experiences. We have doubled in size over the past few years and are expanding our Business Development/Account Team to support continued growth.
The Opportunity: Account Development Executive
The Account Development Executive will be responsible for developing new customer relationships with Life Science companies as well as growing select existing accounts. Responsibilities include leveraging existing relationships, generating opportunities for proposals and participation in RFPs, guiding the efforts of the proposal development and pitch teams and strategically growing the account after initial business is won.
The ideal candidate will have sold meeting production solutions and training related services to commercial teams within Life Science companies. Candidates with active relationships developing meeting production projects in non-life science verticals will also be considered.

Required Skills:
- Proven ability to make connections, identify and create new sales opportunities within meeting production and training services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in business development and or account management in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- Proven success delivering meeting production.Success selling training and or related technology-based solutions a plus.
- Some travel is required
