Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and management principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
