The primary function of this important position is to help our sales team generate new home sales and manage closings. The Sales Coordinator Assistant work position is designed to generate new traffic to our sales division through networking, outreach to real estate agents, and social media. This role is also responsible for assisting the builder and buyers to ensure a great customer experience through the construction process and to continue maintaining a strong relationship with all buyers before and after the closing.
Key Responsibilities include:
Help sales team to meet and exceed sales/closing goals: monthly/quarterly/annually.
Make planned sales presentations and personal tours of design studio, model, and available homes to prospective customers.
Manage and actively seek customer traffic, referrals, and utilize other means to generate new traffic.
Facilitate a smooth sales process with the buyer, real estate agent, and lender to ensure all aspects of the buying process is coordinated properly through closing
Maintain and update flyers, marketing information and signage for the community.
Special Events Coordination; planning and implementing monthly events.
Responsible for daily inspection of model homes/design studio/vacant homes/office to be sure they meet the highest standards.
Assist New Home Coordinator with sales documents.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Prior sales experience at least 1 year
Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented
Strong customer service background
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Proven ability to prospect and follow-up
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Must demonstrate computer aptitude and willingness to learn new programs and applications.
Attend all scheduled sales meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) as we as attending all company sponsored meetings or events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,360.00 - $37,440.00 per year
