- Making sure equipment is powered down and maintenanced to ensure proper function and that it is ready to use the next day
- Forming connections with your guests by helping your 3rd shift customers start their day right with their favorite food and beverages
- Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
