Requirements

The Custodial / Janitorial Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

As a member of the Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Custodial / Janitorial Person's responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

Filtering and cleaning oil fryers daily

Unloading and putting away delivery orders twice per week (must be able to lift fifty pounds continuously)

Maintaining outside grounds (Daily / Weekly / Seasonally / Throughout Shift)

Clean restrooms (Daily / Throughout shift)

Clean lobby (customer area) (Daily / Throughout Shift)

Clean / organize Walk-in Cooler (Daily / Throughout Shift)

Clean / organize Walk-in Freezer (Daily / Throughout Shift)

Clean / organize Stockroom (Daily / Throughout Shift)

Clean Crew room (Daily / Throughout Shift)

Clean Dish sink area (Daily / Throughout Shift)

Clean Soda System area (Daily / Throughout Shift)

Clean Washing machine / mop sink area (Daily / Throughout Shift)
