Responsibilities:
Answer and screen phone calls.- Daily Errands
- Contacting and communicating with vendors
- Answer and screen email checking for urgent or high priority messages. Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing correspondence is addressed correctly
- Maintain calendar for appointments, meetings, travel, etc.
- Screen and schedule appointments for senior management.
- Create and manage schedule calendar
- Manage logistics for meetings.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Have a basic understanding of human resource practices.
