We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fast food and possess the ability to be a dependable restaurant leader. A General Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to ensure our restaurants deliver McDonald’s critical standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers every time they visit our restaurants. The General Manager performs a variety of tasks, which may include working with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creating plans to achieve those goals, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability. To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn’t work alone. He/she leads a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the other Managers to set goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments and performance.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who also like to have fun, with a passion to work in the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
