HR Administrator - Payroll

McDonald's HR, Payroll and Administrative Person $18-$20 per hour

Office Position!

Are you a bright, energetic person who loves people? Help our employees get off to a great start! Assist employees with onboarding, benefits and payroll. Direct phone calls, satisfy customers, and be part of a great team. Join our Human Resources department at our office at Jog and Okeechobee.

Work Monday through Friday 830-5 (could be flexible), with some days at 930-630 for afternoon orientations.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Assist with Orientations
• Help employees with Onboarding
• Complete I-9s
• Prep for Orientation with packages and uniforms
• Enters and maintains confidential employee data
• Assists with payroll entries
• Order supplies and assists with uniforms
• Assist with benefits enrollment like insurance and 401k
• Assist with FMLA and Workman's comp cases
• Assists staff with projects, excel and power point
• Handles customer and employee inquiries

Qualifications:

• Energetic People Person
• Works well as a team
• Excellent Verbal Skills
• Organized and completes tasks on time
• Excellent Word, Excel and Power Point skills
• HR or office experience is required, restaurant experience is a plus
• Associate degree preferred
