What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lobby Attendants & Guest Experience Lead (GEL) position at McDonald’s?
Lobby Attendants are mature and friendly individuals who love interacting with customers and aren't shy about helping out when the restaurant needs cleaning and attention.
- For this position, we hire ages 18 and older.
- Wages $10-14 per hour based on experience, skills and schedule availability.
As a Lobby Attendant, you may be responsible for:
- Greeting every customer with a smile and ensuring positive experiences
- Providing hospitality and assistance to customers using self-serve beverage center and kiosks
- Maintaining cleanliness levels
- Delivering orders to guests with courtesy
- Partnering with fellow crew and managers to meet goals during shifts
- Interacting with guests about their visit
- Ensuring items are well stocked
- Cleaning equipment, windows, trash cans and restrooms
- Encouraging participation in Voice surveys regarding customer satisfaction.
- Taking out trash as needed
- Keeping outside areas free of debris
Guest Experience Leaders
The Guest Experience Leader gets to create feel-good moments everyday with customers by:
- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- Checking with them once served to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything
else
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling any concerns
- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
You need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We will teach you the rest. Your schedule can be flexible – part time or full time – mornings or afternoons, depending on the needs of the restaurant. We will support you with the tools and training to make you successful.
