What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi- Store Supervisor position at McDonald's?

I am looking for a multi-store supervisor to oversee 2 high volume McDonald's Restaurants. You will be reporting directly to the owner.

Being a Multi-Store Supervisor for McDonald’s is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to grow. To be a Supervisor, you need to be a motivator and mentor, someone who can guide the general managers to develop their talent. You should have experience leading multiple stores because you will also be responsible for ensuring multi-storewide customer satisfaction and measuring the financial performance of all the locations in your area. But most of all, you will be inspiring a team of great people.

Ideal candidates must have 5 years of General Manager experience in the restaurant industry (Fast food) with responsibility for financial results.

Three to five years of successful high sales volume.

Operational management experience in the Fast Food Restaurant industry

High School Diploma or GED preferred; College or University Degree Preferred Ideal Candidates should possess the Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to manage the overall operations of multiple stores independently
  • Knowledge of fast food restaurant industry operations
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees, operational excellence, and is driven to perform.
  • Manage a team of 150 , creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to the highest McDonald’s standards
  • Personally conduct orientation to set up new managers for success. Recognition and development of your best staff, and promote them into leaders. Recognize outstanding performance every visit, every day.
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, understanding of trends, and employee satisfaction. Understanding how customers are viewing your restaurants through detailed analysis.
  • Role model customer service skills, strong communication skills, and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. The ability to build relationships and teams - we do not work alone. Coach general managers to ensure that each restaurant consistently delivers McDonald’s systems and procedures properly. Work with your Managers to identify and develop strategies to address opportunities for improvement and growth and deliver exceptional customer service in all stores.
  • Lead product and program rollouts with Owner and General Managers to ensure success. Develop, plan and implement restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns, following the McDonald’s Brand Standards. The Supervisor works with the General Managers and Owner to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals
  • Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends. Assists General Managers using company procedures on ways to drive sales and maximize profitability Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
  • Leadership - Setting goals for the workgroup, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together. Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans.
  • Analyzes sales, food handling procedures, labor, inventory, and controllables on a continual basis and takes corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets. Achievement of the restaurant's operating plan, and margin improvements over prior years of sales growth.
  • Manages through unusual events to keep stores operating to standard thru exceptional organization, planning, and supervisory skills
  • Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station in the kitchen or service area. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday
  • Understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations about health, safety, and labor requirements for the restaurant, employees, and guests.
  • Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas to ensure a remarkable guest experience, and ensuring products are consistent with McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety, ensuring food and safety standards are met.
  • Ensures that facilities and equipment are maintained to McDonald’s standards
