Job Requirements:

As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

* Greeting guests with a smile and being a genuinely nice human being

* Taking accurate food orders from the guests

* Serving guests in the dining room

* Ensuring the restaurant is stocked and cleaned to start the next day

* Partnering with other staff to meet target goals during your shift

**Pay rate starts well above minimum wage at $8.75/hour

As a 15-year-old employee, you will be more limited in your job description than other McDonald’s employees.   During the summer you will be allowed to work a maximum of 35 hours per week.  During the school year, you will be allowed to work a maximum of 16 hours per week.
