Shift manager position to start at $16 / hour

Shift managers are core leaders of the crew who embrace McDonald's Make It promises as well as supervise food safety, production, and cleaning procedures. This posting is for management jobs with an independent McDonald’s franchisee Virginia location.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant management experience preferred, but not required
• ServSafe Certification, preferred, not required
• Open availability and/or weekend and/or dedicated shift availability a plus
• A valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager

Candidates must meet availability and experience qualifications to receive the starting $16 an hour for experience and availability; minimum is fourteen for shift manager who require flexible hours; and thirteen for manager trainee. All rates are based on experience and availability, with potential pay increases through biannual reviews. New incentive programs have been introduced for the shift manager.
