What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Runner position at McDonnell Property Management LLC?
McDonnell Property Management LLC is growing and we are looking to add to our maintenance team! Our runner is responsible for running errands, posting notices, meeting inspectors and appraisers. There are no typical days, as change is a constant. You should be able to work unsupervised, follow directions and have great customer service. No maintenance experience necessary.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
