PLEASE NOTE:
COORDINATE AND OVERSEE ALL DAILY OPERATIONS OF INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT, AND EQUIPMENT & SCHEDULING. THIS POSITION REQUIRES PERIODIC VISITS TO THE CONSTRUCTION SITE, THROUGHOUT THE LIFE OF THE PROJECT. DURING SITE VISITS, THE INSTALLATION COORDINATOR WILL BE ANALYZING SITE CONDITIONS AND DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO BEST PREPARE THE CREWS FOR THE DAYS AHEAD. THEY WILL ALSO BE OBSERVING THE CREWS & PREPARING ROUTINE JOB SITE PERFORMANCE REPORTS. IN ADDITION TO PREPARING AND OBSERVING CREWS, THE INSTALLATION COORDINATOR WILL BE PROVIDING GUIDANCE & FACILITATE JOB TRAINING TO THE CREW. KEEPING THE CREWS ON SCHEDULE & BUDGET THRU PROPER PLANNING, SCHEDULING, TRAINING & LEADERSHIP ARE THE KEY FOCUS OF THIS POSITION.
