What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Program Case Manager position at MCEC?
Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth or families, be able to complete basic office tasks, and be comfortable collaborating with community agencies. The Case Manager will be responsible for working with youth clients in the Teen Court and Juvenile Community Service programs. This position requires interaction with youth, parents/guardians, and community partners. Some duties include processing referrals, scheduling intake appointments, facilitating Life skills classes, assisting with youth court hearings/circles, identifying community service opportunities, monitoring youth activities, and participating in outreach events. The Case Manager will also be required to complete Mediation Training and conduct community and juvenile mediations as needed. Candidates must be professional, organized, and team-oriented yet able to work independently. This position will work out of our Kenansville office with travel to nearby counties occasionally required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
