What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker/Handy Man position at McFadden Properties?

We are a real-estate management company for commercial office warehouses looking for someone that has basic knowledge in:

Plumbing

Electrical

Lawn Equipment Repair

Drywall/Sheet Rock

Painting

Carpentry

You will be responsible for maintenance and repairs to the property as issues come up as well as make ready/clean out when one of our tenants moves. You will also be doing general lawn care such as mowing, weeding, and trimming hedges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Pasadena, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
