Summary of Position
We are looking for Sales Professionals who want to grow their career through integrity, hard work, and determination. Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. Great salespeople come from different backgrounds: industrial or manufacturing sales, general sales, retail sales, or insurance sales to name a few. If you have the right attributes - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES!
Responsibilities
Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle using a consultative sales approach, listening to responses
Be the vehicle expert. Know the product offerings, features & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of Pre-Owned vehicles
Able to provide exceptional customer experience to create memorable experiences
Follow-up with buyers to ensure repeat/referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Self-motivated & Detail-orientated
Qualifications
Availability to work a rotating schedule between the hours of 8:30AM- 8:00PM
Clear and Valid Driver's License
Customer service, sales, telemarketing, and/or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus but not required
Proven ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office
High School diploma or equivalent
