MBIS, Inc. provides behavioral and therapeutic support services for students having a developmental disability, emotional disturbance and/or other health impairment. Service environments include classroom, home, transportation, and community; and incorporate behavior consultation, mental health therapy and milieu treatment, 1:1 program support, program development, assessment, counseling, and other psychological services as requested. Positive behavioral supports are aimed at assisting students in achieving to their full potentials, and to promote inclusion in the least restrictive environments. Emphasis is placed on regular communication between school, home, aide, and consultant, coordinated by the licensed clinician.
Behavior Therapist Assistant - Regular and On/Call positions

Work as Behavior Assistant (or Behavior Assistant Substitute/On Call) with Elementary and/or High School students having Autism and other Developmental and Physical Disabilities and emotional/behavioral challenges. Accompany Student to classes and assist Student with emotional, behavioral, personal care, and social regulation as well as academic mentoring. Must be professional and able to work well with teachers, counselors, parents, aides, etc. Will work under the guidance of BCBA / licensed clinician. Regular and Substitute/On Call Positions available.
