Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:45 pm possible overtime and some weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Performs inventory control activities, including cycle counting, data entry, report generation and reconciliation as needed.
- Maintain departmental records and assist to keep current according to company expectation.
- Participate in planned and impromptu physical inventories and facility audits.
- Support MSH/3PL returns processing by performing activities in this area according to SOP and training standards.
- Able to perform key departmental functions on a handheld RF device.
- Able to repetitiously count inventory and verify associated identifiers with accuracy.
- Learn key departmental functions in SAP required to successfully complete cycle count and returns requirements.
- Ability to work on cross-functional projects that involve Operations, Inventory/Returns/Customer Service as needed.
- Respond internal/external customer request with high sense of urgency.
- Ability to work overtime as needed to provide a high quality of service to our internal and external customers.
- High Personal Accountability and Integrity that supports DC SOX Controls, FDA and DSCSA Compliance.
- Ability to review and respond professionally to high volume of emails daily.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Typically requires 1 years of related experience.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory control practices.
- Returns processing knowledge preferred as well.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Micro-Soft Office Email application preferred.
- Intermediate Excel Skills preferred.
- Exceptional Business Acumen
- Experience in Customer Service/Distribution environment preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical lifting associated with position (weights will vary).
- Ability to stand, stoop or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability and willing to work in the following environments (Freezer, Cold Room, Ambient).
- Self-Motivated, works well independently with little or no supervision.
- Strong Sense of Urgency. Demonstrates high personal accountability and integrity.
