Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and process product (signs for product, separates products, checks receipts, keys product into computer, runs and confirms reports and logs receipts.)
- Processes returns and warehouse transfers
- Assists with office problems/ needs (paper supplies, cleaning supplies, transports packages etc.)
- Pulls orders for shipping; locates product and counts order amounts; operates order selectors and forklifts; follows directions specific to each order. Rechecks order to specifications; builds pallet and wraps for shipping; logs pick ticket on log sheet; and confirms in computer system.
- Pulls damaged products; completes damaged product report; and places product on hold in hold location. Processes "Zero" sheet and verify shipment of all orders.
- Confirms shipments; logs shipments into computer system; and communicates issues with other staff or other departments.
- Complete all orders for all accounts by designated carrier required times
- Evaluate and make decisions on various daily activities; ability to multi task and carry out instructions
- Maintain a scheduled sanitation program for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities
- Unload inbound shipments, pick orders and load outbound shipments.
- Train and evaluate progress of new employees
- Interact professionally with and communicate effectively with others
- Open and/or close the facility
- Oversee the productivity level of all workers and assigns each worker to specific tasks based on the maximum output.
- Ensures that all documents are accurately signed for proper documentation and ensures processes are being followed correctly.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three years related work experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Warehouse experience, including operating various types of powered equipment.
